Conference Policies

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: In reviewing the current COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC, and the specific requirements in place in Anaheim, CA we will not be requiring proof of vaccination or negative testing in order to attend May 2025's DGIQ West + EDW. 

DATAVERSITY still recommends that all attendees take measures to manage their own health risks and protect themselves by wearing face coverings (masks) indoors and being vaccinated with the latest available boosters at least two weeks prior to attending the conference.

If conditions around COVID-19 change such that stricter protocols are required by any health authority with jurisdiction in Anaheim, CA, then we will notify attendees immediately. 

SOLICITATION: Solicitation at the event is strictly prohibited. Only paid sponsors who have permission from the event organizers will be authorized to solicit attendees, and only within the guidelines provided to each sponsor within their sponsorship package.

PHOTOGRAPHY: DATAVERSITY reserves the right to use photographs of any event attendee or speaker for future promotions. Videotaping and/or photography are not allowed without the prior written approval of DATAVERSITY.

PAYMENT POLICY: All registration fees must be paid in U.S. Dollars. Full payment must be made prior to attendance at the conference or prior to receiving access credentials for online sessions. It is a strict policy that only U.S. Government employees may submit training authorization forms in lieu of prepayment. Our Federal ID Number is 45-4292400.

CONFIRMATION: Registrations will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact registration@dataversity.net.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received by April 11, 2025, will be fully refunded. Cancellations on or after April 12, 2025, will not be entitled to a refund but can receive credit to a future event through the end of 2026. To cancel your registration, please email registration@dataversity.net. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

In the unlikely circumstance that DATAVERSITY is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason beyond our control on or after April 12, 2025, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered that may be used for future in-person or digital events or digital training through 2026.

ATTENDEE LISTS: If you receive a message offering access to an attendee list for any of our events, please be aware that this is not a genuine offer. The only organization with access to the list of event attendees is DATAVERSITY, and we do not sell or rent this list to anyone.

SCHEDULE: While every effort will be made to maintain the schedule exactly as represented, we reserve the right to make changes and substitutions as needed.
