 he Government of Canada published the latest version of the Data Competency
  framework, linking data skills and behaviors to data competencies. As a fo
 llow-on to this publication, work was undertaken to link the data competenc
 ies framework, via skills and behaviors, to activities across the data life
 -cycle.\n\nSupport from the Government of Canada, Data Community leadership
 , and employees provided the necessary capacity for the development of data
  assets linkable to the data competency framework. The result is a series o
 f projects developing data products that embed the data competency framewor
 k into data literacy training plans and in support of organizational planni
 ng for data maturity.\n\nThis series of projects demonstrates the power of 
 creating data assets to complement and validate expertise towards improving
  access to appropriate employee data training and to develop data to examin
 e enterprise approaches to data maturity.\n
